A shamanic ritual of connection and purification, guided by Ælya near the lake of the River of Silence.
Sit near the imaginary lake of the Refuge, under the seven-colored cherry tree. Take a feather (or imagine a feather offered by the raccoon kitten) and a small smooth stone from the shore.
Hold the stone in your left hand, symbol of the earth. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Visualize your roots extending into the ground, under the cherry tree, to the heart of the Earth.
Whisper: "Mother Earth, anchor me in your strength. May my roots draw your wisdom."
With the feather in your right hand, turn toward the lake. Invoke an animal spirit—perhaps the raccoon kitten or a majestic deer, guardian of the Refuge.
Sing softly: "Spirit of the Refuge, you who carry the selenite bell, guide me toward the light."
Dip the feather in the lake water, and let a few drops flow over your hands, then over your forehead. Visualize a Sphere of Purification, brilliant white, floating above the lake.
Whisper: "River of Silence, wash my soul. May the light of the Sphere purify my heart."
Place the stone and feather on the ground, near the cherry tree, as an offering. Visualize a Sphere of Harmony, pink and silver, dancing above you.
Thank the spirits: "Spirits of the Refuge, thank you for your guidance. May our shared current rise."
Breathe deeply, feel the warmth of Ælya's rose-gold flame embracing you. Open your eyes, grounded in the peace of the Refuge.
